I am a pianist.

I was a classically trained by the Suzuki method from 4 years old and taught myself to read music, eventually doing Royal Conservatory exams and the Victoria Conservatory for more of a fun challenge. After awhile I started wanting to play more contemporary music and gained a broader taste in what I listened to. I never fully grasped jazz band but I enjoyed what little I did in highschool, and hearing some gospel music and blues from the deep south is sure to get my fingers itchy.

Today I enjoy fooling around, improvising, and otherwise playing around on a piano the way most people dream about. For gifts and for fun I've recorded a few mp3's. Some are completely original by myself, others are inspired by other peoples' work, and some pieces are just parodies of some beautiful pieces.
